Zinc Insurance at 3505 East Royalton Road #110, Broadview Heights, Ohio.

I was a customer with Zinc Insurance for over 6 years and needed to update my insurance and ended up with Jackie Gringle as my agent needless to say worst mistake ever, from the very beginning I had to send constant request to get her to respond to any of my questions that should have been my first sign however as I stated I had been with zinc for a while so I didnt think it would be any serious issues just the annoyance of not getting quick responses. Then earlier this year I get a letter from my car creditor telling me that I had been dropped from my insurance and then found out that my home owners insurance had been cancelled as well, so I call Zinc to speak to Jackie and of course she wasnt available when I did finally get in touch with her she did nothing to rectify the problem instead she was downright nasty and unprofessional I was very upset and asked to speak with someone else that could assist so i spoke with Seth Zaremba who assurred me that the problem would be rectified but after telling me it would take time to get me coverage through his company he suggested I contact a friend of his who could help me right away and of course i wanted to make sure I had coverage but I also wanted to make sure that part of the payment I had made for home insurance through my mortgage company earlier that year would be refunded since I had paid the policy in full. He assured me that he wouldnt be an issue he would work on it and get back to me but in the meantime his colleague would help me, needless to say after several phone calls and emails no response from Seth or his company and still no payment refund its been over a month at this point.. So in the meantime I had to secure a more expensive policy for my homeowners because of the lapse and as a result my mortage payment will go up an extra $200.00 a month for the next year. I could give them 0 stars I would I normally dont write reviews but I felt the need to do so to warn others of the unprofessionalism and down right incompetence. .
