Great box to drop in on, and if I lived in the area, I'd be more than happy to go there. Friendly staff, Pat met me as I walked in and obviously looked out of place. He showed me around, checked in and was ready to go.
I think Alex was the coach that day, not 100% sure if I'm correct on the name, but I hope I am. Being a drop-in, it was cool that he did intro's with everyone in class and then we got to work.
The warm-up and the WOD was both intense, there was no messing around here at Mantra, it's get to work. I'm not quite there with a few things, and the coach gave me great tips on a modification or two, and we did pistols, dammit, pistols, but got through them just fine.
I enjoyed myself and wanted to make it back one more round before I flew back out of town, but next visit I'll get in at least two classes. Also, very impressed with KidsFit, my kids would have loved to gone in. Especially my daughter, she a gymnast, and she loves to go to KidsFit and show the boys that they cannot come close to what she can do.
I wanted a shirt, but couldn't see anywhere where to get one, hopefully next time.
