Weeping Cherry Village at 1550 West Royalton Road, Broadview Heights, Ohio.

My elderly family member lives in this apartment complex and has just informed me that she has gone 3 WEEKS with no heat IN JANUARY!!! when I went to the office to ask why the woman was less than helpful with the very 1st response being that "SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO TALK TO ME" since I don't live there. All I wanted to know is how to get it fixed she said the maintenance man has been called and I said he must not know how to fix it (seeing as how he's been tinkering on and off for this entire time) and she said he is capable of it and I asked "if that's true than why has my family member been without heat for 3 weeks" She said again she doesn't have to talk to me and looked at her computer. If you care for a loved one who is older and doesn't have access to the internet and what not, don't expect this company to care at all about your problem. SHAME on them letting an elderly woman go for 3 whole weeks with no heat in the dead of winter!!!!
